SQL Import populate Field Name Mapping.

SQL Import will query the user if the Field Name Mapping tab should be populated with incoming and CAS field names.

^* Only available if Field Name mapping tab is empty.

^* "Lock Layout on Run" in the Settings tab must not be checked.
