CAS Expression Builder Paste will check for left and right quotation marks

Microsoft Outlook and other email client can convert CAS single quotes to left and right quotation marks. These will paste back into CAS as invalid string identifiers. CAS will now check for these and ask if it should replace the characters with proper single-quotes.
