XML Export "Prolog" settings

CAS allows the user to define the XML prolog text.

The default value is

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

The prolog is anything before the root element of the document.

Custom prolog lets the user define schema definitions, custom attributes and even comments.
